Taylors Lazy Sunday coffee beans are slow-roasted to create flavours of smooth milk chocolate and a delicate citrus for a soft easy-going personality. If you're pressed pause during an intense weekday or winding down over the weekend, a little bit of this mellow roast goes a long way to relaxing your mind and body.

Roasting
As a light roast Lazy Sunday is soft on the palate and softens into a warm embrace for your senses. The cocoa flavors from Latin America smooth the brew whilst Africa offers citrus hints to bring balance. The result is a delicious coffee that is delicious on its own or with cake, milk chocolate and other sweets. It also goes well with lemon drizzle cakes or vanilla sponges extremely well.
When making this coffee, we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel by adding some off the boiling water to ensure it is warm and ready for brewing. After making the coffee, let it steep for four minutes. This will ensure that all the grounds are saturated and are not over-extracted. The water should be forced through the grounds by the plunger, do not stir or stir the coffee, as this could cause unpleasant elements to enter your cup.
